Information on Airport Pickups
MAKE A RESERVATION, LOG IN to your account or to CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Upon arrival you will have a text or voice message waiting for you (your preference) with the name and mobile phone
number for your driver. Continue to baggage claim and retrieve your luggage, then call your driver. He/she will arrive
within 5 minutes to pick you up.
Courtesy Welcome Sign Pickup:
At your request our Chauffeur will greet you at your baggage claim area with a welcome sign prominently displaying your
name. There is a $20 charge for this service that includes parking charges.
Confirmations
We will call to confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your service.
Cancellations
You never lose your deposit! Your 50% Deposit is completely refundable up to 14 days prior to your service. With less
than 14 days notice your deposit is not refundable but completely applied to future services for yourself or fully
transferable to another person. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged at the full rate.
Waiting Time
No charges for the first 15 minutes at departure or pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at half-hour rate. Note:
This does not apply to Limousine or Charter Services.
Extra Stop
$10 for an extra stop in the same city within a 5 mile radius.
Midnight to 6:00 AM Surcharge
There is a $20 surcharge for airport transportation midnight to 6:00 a.m. If a flight arrives late and pickup is pushed past
midnight we must charge for the late hour of the pickup.
Smoking
All Angelica vehicles are strictly "Non-Smoking."
Under-age Drinking Policy
We have a "zero tolerance" policy for under-age drinking. Prom charters include MADD policies and the I Promise Teen
Passenger Limousine Contract.
Daily Vehicle Disinfection
Angelica Limousines interiors passenger upholstery is disinfected every day. We usually attempt to disinfect after every
service.
Pet Transport
We are pet friendly and can transport pets up to very large size. Please let us know ahead of time if you are travelling
with a pet. We can provide drinking water and complimentary pet snacks. Why drive?
