Information on Airport Pickups
MAKE A RESERVATION, LOG IN to your account or to CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Finding your Chauffeur: Upon arrival you will have a text or voice message waiting for you (your preference) with your
driver's name and mobile phone number . Continue to baggage claim and retrieve your luggage, then call your driver.
He/she will arrive curbside within 5 minutes to pick you up.
International SFO Arrivals: With the exception of Air Canada, after retrieving your luggage and phoning your chauffeur
go outside and directly across to the Limousine island. Your chauffeur will pick you up there. At SFO, Air Canada arrives
into the Domestic Terminal. Simply go outside baggage claim to the curb.
Courtesy Welcome Sign Pickup: At your request our Chauffeur will greet you at your baggage claim area with a
welcome sign prominently displaying your name. There is a $20 charge for this service that includes parking charges.
Airport Wait Charges: No charges for the first 15 minutes at Airport departure or pick-up . After 15 minutes you will be
charged at half-hour rate. Note: This does not apply to Limousine or Charter Services.
Extra Stop: $10 charge for each extra stop.
Midnight to 6:00 AM Surcharge
There is a $20 surcharge for airport pickups or dropoffs between midnight and 6:00 a.m.
Extra Stop
$10 for an extra stop in the same city within a 5 mile radius.
Midnight to 6:00 AM Surcharge
There is a $20 surcharge for airport transportation midnight to 6:00 a.m. If a flight arrives late and pickup is pushed past
midnight we must charge for the late hour of the pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Customary with the industry, Angelica Limousines holds your charter reservation with a 50% charge of your
expected service charges total. For charters, cancellation policy is 14 days notice. After 14 days your 50% deposit
is non-refundable but remains as credit toward any Angelica services for yourself in the future.
Cruiseport Pickups
We must charge for extra wait time at cruiseport terminal for pickups. Wait time after the first 15 minutes will be charged
at a pro-rated hourly rate of $66/hour for sedans, $78 for SUV and $90/hour for stretch limousine. Pro-rata charge at 15
minute intervals.
Smoking
All Angelica vehicles are strictly "Non-Smoking."
Pet Transport
We are pet friendly and can transport pets up to very large size. Please let us know ahead of time if you are travelling
with a pet. We can provide drinking water and complimentary pet snacks. Why drive?
